Job responsibilities: - coordination and supervision of crew and facility workers directly in the field - communication with the secretary and the investment and construction department - ensuring the operation and maintenance of the operational facility - wood chip preparation and operation of low-pressure boilers - inspection of the technical condition of buildings, equipment, and fixtures - maintenance of public spaces and vegetation care - elimination of illegal dumping sites, waste collection, etc. - minor repairs and maintenance work on municipal district property - operation and routine maintenance of equipment - winter maintenance of roads and public areas - other work related to the management and maintenance of municipal district property Requirements: - minimum secondary technical education - manual dexterity - ability to work independently and lead a small team, organizational skills, active, independent, and responsible approach to work - good health condition - no restrictions for work in environments with noise and vibrations, night work, working at heights, resistance to cold, heat, and allergens Advantages: - experience in building management or technical services and public space maintenance - completed training according to Government Regulation No. 192/2022 Coll., § 24 and Appendix No. 3 item 3 according to ČSN 69 012, subsection 5 - certificate of competence for low-pressure boiler operators - driver's license categories B and T We offer: - employment contract for a definite period of 1 year with the possibility of extension to an indefinite period - full-time employment - salary classification in the 5th salary grade (starting salary 27 160 Kč) - personal allowance and bonuses based on work performance after the training period - 5 weeks of vacation, 2 days of sick leave - meal vouchers, pension/life insurance contribution, and other employee benefits Working hours: - from 01.04. - 31.10. Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:30 - from 01.11. - 31.03. Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:30 and on-call duty
