Requirements: - Trade certification in the field, or extensive practical experience preferred - Welder certification ČSN EN ISO 9606-1 for method 135 (electric arc welding in protective gas preferred) - Authorization to operate overhead cranes preferred (we can train and certify if needed) - Ability to read and understand technical drawings - Communication skills, responsibility, independence, flexibility Job Responsibilities: - Diverse production of semi-finished parts in small-batch manufacturing according to technical drawings - Measuring and positioning components on base material, tack welding, dimension checking, final welding - Handling semi-finished parts and products using overhead cranes Notes: - Salary commensurate with acquired work experience, skills, and practice - After training and meeting employer requirements, permanent employment contract offered - Start date negotiable Benefits: Phone allowance, pension insurance contribution, work clothing cleaning, extra week of vacation, workplace meal plan with subsidy, vacation allowance, sports/health/cultural activity allowance, monthly performance bonuses and annual loyalty rewards
