Here you'll have a central role between management and production, where the focus is on creating flow, structure, and efficiency in a high-tech manufacturing environment. About the position: As a production manager at Z-MEK, you have operational responsibility for daily production and serve as the link between management and the workshop. You plan, prioritize, and allocate work to ensure efficient flow, while monitoring deliveries, projects, and quality. The role also involves close contact with production and suppliers, where you handle discrepancies and production disruptions as well as responsibility for inventory flow and material supply. You also drive improvement work with a focus on structure, efficiency, and stable production. Here you'll have the opportunity to influence how production is run and be an important part of the company's continued development and growth. Your profile: We're looking for someone with experience from workshop and/or manufacturing industry who enjoys a role where you can take responsibility and make decisions in the daily workflow. You're comfortable in an operational environment, have good communication skills, and natural leadership. You're organized, solution-oriented, and accustomed to prioritizing when conditions change rapidly. We believe you have a technical interest and good understanding of production conditions. Requirements: • Experience from workshop or manufacturing industry • Ability to lead and prioritize operational work • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing • Class B driver's license and access to a car Merits: • Experience in production management or similar role • Experience in inventory management or material planning • Experience from cutting machining or contract manufacturing • Forklift and overhead crane certification Working hours: Daytime Start date: By agreement Ikett Personalpartner is the recruitment partner to Z-MEK and supports them in this recruitment process.
