About the Role: As a CNC machinist at Z-MEK, you will work on manufacturing advanced components primarily for the pharmaceutical industry in a modern and technically advanced production environment. Production is characterized by high demands on quality and surface finish where precision, accuracy, and technical understanding are essential. You will work with 3- and 5-axis Mazak machines on technically advanced components. The focus is on creating and ensuring high-quality surfaces in materials with demanding machining requirements. The work involves optimizing machining strategies, improving cycle times, and ensuring stable processes throughout manufacturing. Programming and optimization in Mastercam is a natural part of daily work with the aim of further developing, streamlining, and troubleshooting existing programs and manufacturing processes. You are expected to contribute technical expertise and be able to analyze whether deviations are due to, for example, programming, machinery, or material. Your Profile: We are looking for you—an experienced CNC machinist who thrives in a technically advanced environment where quality and details are central. You have strong technical interest, work methodically, and enjoy understanding the interaction between machine, tools, programming, and material. To succeed in this role, you need to be self-driven, analytical, and have the drive to continuously improve results. Requirements: • Experience with CNC machining • Experience with programming and optimization in Mastercam and/or Mazatrol • Good knowledge of blueprint reading • Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written • Valid driver's license and access to a car Meritorious: • Experience with 5-axis machining • Experience with difficult-to-machine materials such as Inconel, Hastelloy, or titanium • Experience with advanced surface requirements or high-precision machining • Forklift and overhead crane certification Working Hours: Day shift or evening shift Start Date: By agreement Ikett Personalpartner is a recruitment partner to Z-MEK and supports them in this process.
