We are looking for a committed vocational teacher in healthcare and care services who wants engaging, varied, and meaningful work. With us, you will have the opportunity to teach, develop educational programs, and strengthen collaboration between education and working life.
Duties
In your role as a vocational teacher, you will teach within healthcare and care service subjects. You plan, conduct, and follow up on instruction based on students' individual needs and circumstances. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
The position includes expanded coordination responsibilities where you will:
coordinate tasks and collaboration with social services and other external partners
be responsible for coordinating APL placements (workplace-based learning)
plan, conduct, and develop industry councils together with the business community
We are looking for someone who is flexible, engaged, and has strong digital skills as well as an interest in using technical tools in teaching.
Within Adult Education, you will be part of various work groups, for example teams developing our educational programs and our care lab. As the organization's mission constantly evolves based on needs and demand, additional tasks may be added.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is trained as a vocational teacher in healthcare and care services or has equivalent experience and knowledge. If you do not meet the educational requirements, you are expected to be willing to begin the vocational teacher program.
As a person, you are flexible, outgoing, and independent in your work. You have good collaboration skills and feel confident creating and maintaining contacts with students, colleagues, and external partners.
We would like to see you as creative, with the ability to think innovatively and willing to contribute to developing educational programs within Adult Education.
A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
Meritorious qualifications
Qualifications in psychology
Experience working in psychiatry and LSS
Experience collaborating with social services or other authorities
Experience with coordination tasks
Nursing degree

Permanent employment, holiday replacement, full-time.
Start date by agreement.
Your placement is at Learning Center (Acusticum) where we work activity-based. Opportunities for some remote work are available.
