About the Position We are seeking a vocational teacher for the Electrical and Energy Program at Rudbecksgymnasiet in Tidaholm. The position includes teaching in automation technology, programmable control systems, alarm, monitoring and security systems, and possibly CAD. In addition to teaching, business contacts and work-based learning are a natural part of your work. Mentoring and other teaching responsibilities are included in the position. You and your colleagues create a developing learning environment together with the students. Student well-being, safety, and desire to learn are largely determined by their relationships with our staff. The Electrical and Energy Program conducts both national and international trips and study visits, which are made possible through external funding. The Electrical and Energy Program is based on Vulcanön in the center of town with the Tidan river right outside the windows. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed vocational teacher in the electrical and energy program, and/or have professional experience in automation, programmable systems, and industrial automation. As a person, you are accustomed to working together with others and have good ability to build trusting relationships with your students. You also place high value on student participation and influence. Through a positive approach to development and change work, you dare to try different solutions with students as your focus.
