JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Teaching in various subjects within Agriculture such as Crop Production, Service Technology, Machinery and technical equipment in forestry and agriculture, and Excavators Level 1. Teaching occurs through both theoretical and practical lessons. You will collaborate with other teachers in your work team and at the school. The work also includes external contacts with, for example, apprenticeship supervisors and communication with students' guardians. The teaching role gives you the opportunity to combine your professional expertise in Agriculture with pedagogical work. You become an important person in creating good conditions for students' future professional lives. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is educated as an Agronomist or Agricultural Engineer, or has equivalent experience in agriculture focused on crop production and service technology, both practically and theoretically. It is also an advantage if you can operate an excavator in a professional manner. You should have a strong interest in teaching young people and want to ensure that all students are given the opportunity to develop according to their abilities. You have a pedagogical inclination and can work with students both individually and in groups. You are flexible, goal-oriented, and take your own initiative. You are skilled at collaboration and have a professional approach. We will place great emphasis on your personality and what you can contribute to our team.
