DUTIES Teaching various subjects within Agriculture such as Crop Production, Service Technology, Machinery and technical equipment in natural resource management, and Excavator Level 1. Teaching takes place through both theoretical and practical lessons. You will collaborate with other teachers in your team and at the school. The work also includes external contacts with, for example, apprenticeship supervisors and contact with students' guardians. The teaching role gives you the opportunity to combine your professional knowledge in Agriculture with pedagogical work. You will be an important person in creating good conditions for students' future professional lives. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is trained as an Agronomist or Agricultural Engineer, or has equivalent experience in agriculture with a focus on crop production and service technology, both practical and theoretical. It is also an advantage if you can competently operate an excavator. You should have a strong interest in teaching young people and want to ensure that all students have the opportunity to develop according to their abilities. You have a pedagogical mindset and can meet students both individually and in groups. You are flexible, goal-oriented, and take your own initiative. You are good at collaboration and have a professional approach. We will place great emphasis on your personality and what you can contribute to our team.
