JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Teaching in various subjects within Agriculture such as Crop Production, Service Technology, Machinery and technical equipment in agriculture, and Excavator Level 1. Teaching takes place through both theoretical and practical lessons. You will collaborate with other teachers in your work team and at the school. The work also includes external contacts with, for example, APL supervisors and contact with students' guardians. The teacher role gives you the opportunity to combine your professional expertise in Agriculture with pedagogical work. You become an important person in creating good conditions for students in their future professional lives. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is trained as an Agronomist or Agricultural Engineer or has equivalent experience in agriculture within crop production and service technology, both practically and theoretically. It is also a merit if you can operate an excavator in a professional manner. You should have a strong interest in teaching young people and want to ensure that all students have the opportunity to develop according to their abilities. You have a pedagogical approach and can meet students both individually and in groups. You are flexible, goal-oriented, and take own initiative. You are skilled at collaborating and have a professional attitude. We will place great emphasis on your personality and what you can contribute to our team.
