Vocational Instructor in Care and Health Services at Adult Education

The municipal adult education in Motala includes activities at Basic and Upper Secondary level, Municipal adult education in Swedish for immigrants, Adapted education for adults, commissioned education, and distance-based higher education. The education is provided both by the municipality itself and in cooperation with other education providers. Teaching in our own operations is conducted at Carlsunds Utbildningscentrum, Platengymnasiet, and Ekenäs. 2 position(s). JOB DUTIES You will teach care subjects in care and health services education for assistant nurses and/or in combined education for care attendants within adult education. Teaching takes place as in-person studies or in apprenticeship form. It also includes visiting students in care facilities where they have workplace-based learning or as apprentices. QUALIFICATIONS Formal competencies: • You are a licensed nurse. • Experience with teaching in adult education • License as a vocational instructor in care subjects Personal competencies: You organize and plan your work well, work according to a clear process where you complete what you start. You set time frames and meet deadlines. You are stable and confident in yourself, handle stress constructively, and maintain a good mood under pressure and setbacks. You maintain a realistic perspective on situations and focus on the right things. You take active initiative in social settings, step forward, and have an aptitude for creating new relationships and maintaining relationships. You have a good understanding of how people acquire knowledge and of people's different circumstances. You adapt the way you convey your message to the recipient. Salary form: Monthly salary.
