We are looking for someone who: Has at least five years of current experience as a passenger car mechanic, truck mechanic, or equivalent within the vehicle industry. Has strong knowledge of diagnostics, service, maintenance, and repair of modern vehicles. Has experience working with mechanical, electrical, and digital systems. Is passionate about your profession and wants to pass on knowledge, professional pride, and industry standards to the next generation of mechanics. Has good communication skills and enjoys working with people. Is organized, clear, and committed to each student's development. Has good computer skills. What do we offer you? In this role, you will: Teach both practical and theoretical aspects of passenger car and truck mechanics. Plan, conduct, and follow up on instruction according to applicable curricula. Guide students in the workshop environment and follow up with students during workplace-based learning (APL). Assess and document students' skill development. Inspire and guide adult students toward careers in the vehicle industry. Collaborate with local companies and help ensure that the training meets industry competency needs. We offer introduction and internal training to help you feel confident in your role, even if you have never taught before. A teaching license is an asset but not required. We primarily value your professional experience and your desire to develop the mechanics of the future. About Movant in Halmstad Movant provides vocational training for adults on behalf of municipalities and other public actors.
