Taserudsgymnasiet is a vocational and college preparatory upper secondary school with nine programs: childhood and leisure program, construction and civil engineering program, electrical and energy program, vehicle and transport program, sales and service program, introductory program, industrial program, plumbing and property management program, and care and health program. As a vocational instructor in industry, you'll be an important part of providing our students with an education that combines theory and practical skills. Qualifications To succeed in the role of vocational instructor in industry, we see that you have: Very good knowledge of and documented professional experience in industrial production. Very good knowledge of and documented professional experience in cutting operations on manual and CNC-controlled machines. It is also meritorious if you have: Vocational instructor certification with a focus on industrial technical program. Knowledge and experience of CNC programming. Experience in a leadership role within industry, such as team leader, production manager, or equivalent. Industrial technical education. Experience of pedagogical work. Knowledge of CAD/CAM. Knowledge of production techniques, such as Lean Production, 5S, and project management. Guiding and supporting students in their knowledge development and preparation for working life. Serving as a mentor. Participating in a work team and subject team where you together work to create the best possible conditions for our students. Collaborating with industry and contributing to maintaining a high and current quality of education.
