Utbildning Nord provides vocational training in construction trades at Hedenäset. We serve adult students from Finland, Norway, and Sweden, as well as Swedish high school students. We also offer corporate training and short courses as needed. Duties Plan, develop, structure, organize, implement, and follow up on vocational education. Education and Professional Experience · High school building program with specialization in earthwork and infrastructure work. · Documented, broad, and current knowledge within earthwork and infrastructure. · Professional experience in the field and experience with educational activities are advantageous. Languages You must be fluent in Finnish and Swedish. Additional language skills in Meänkieli, Norwegian, and English are advantageous. You communicate clearly in both speech and writing and work seamlessly with common office support programs and administrative systems. Personal Qualities · Ability to convey enthusiasm and interest in the field. · Proactive, independent, and motivated toward innovation and development. · Strong communication and collaboration skills. · Be a representative ambassador for Utbildning Nord. · Ability to apply new knowledge and experience in practice.
