About the Role Do you have a vocational diploma and several years of experience as a Building Sheet Metal Worker, and feel it's time for the next step? Movant is now looking for you—someone who wants to combine your professional expertise with a meaningful role as a mentor and educator for young adults who want to advance in the industry. If you also have pedagogical experience, such as being a workplace supervisor, that is a plus. To thrive in your role as an instructor with us, it's important that you are a team player who enjoys working in a group setting. It is crucial that you have the ability and willingness to develop people by sharing your professional knowledge. Your personality is characterized by excellent collaboration skills and flexibility. You have an ability to build strong relationships with everyone you meet in your work. As an educator, you inspire participants with confidence in their abilities so that together you can reach individual and collective goals. You promote learning and are diligent in providing participants with feedback on their performance. Quality is an important principle for you. We would like you to have experience leading work and possess strong knowledge of the trade, both theoretically and practically. As an instructor with us, you help participants develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge while finding an outlet for your own passion for your profession. It is desirable that you have teacher certification or other pedagogical experience. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
