The Education Department in Ronneby has focused on collaborative learning! DUTIES
As a vocational teacher in the Children and Leisure Program, you will teach courses in activity leadership, special education and pedagogy. You are expected to have a good ability to build relationships and have an aptitude for building safe and positive relationships with students.
You will be part of a program work team and are expected to have good collaboration skills and be able to work both independently and in teams.
You are expected to be committed, flexible and have a genuine interest in children's and students' development and learning, as well as a professional and secure approach in your interaction with students, guardians and colleagues.
On the program we work a lot outside school with the students, and therefore you need to have a B driving license to be able to drive the school buses. The position also includes visiting and following up students who are on APL (workplace-based learning) as well as maintaining continuous contact with students and supervisors during the students' APL period.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who:
• Have professional experience from work in after-school centers, preschools or primary schools
• Have a pedagogical higher education degree
• Have good pedagogical ability and can adapt teaching to students' needs
• Are organized, responsible and have a solution-focused working approach
• B driving license
• Are committed and want to contribute to students' development and future
It is a merit if you have experience teaching at upper secondary level and work with APL.
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
Salary form: Monthly salary.
Form of employment: Permanent employment.
Duration: Permanent.
