Workday Integration Specialist
Your work will include designing, developing, and troubleshooting data integrations to/from Workday, as well as overseeing infrastructure. This involves understanding the architecture and its impact on the customer's other infrastructure systems, and includes contact with vendors.
You will join as a consultant and become part of a team working together to manage and develop integrations. The role also includes providing support to users. The position will be based in Stockholm or Linköping.
Required Competencies
- Documented experience with Workday Integration Framework
- Workday inbound and outbound integrations (development, troubleshooting)
- Coding experience
- EIB – for simpler file-based integrations
- Core Connectors (one or more, preferably certified)
- HCM
- Payroll
- Workday Studio (for building more advanced integrations) – if you lack this but have Eclipse experience, it can be learned
- Experience with the following APIs, data formats, and protocols:
- PGP and SFTP
- REST, SOAP
- Ability to map data between systems
- Understanding of HR processes ("Core HR", Payroll, Learning, etc.)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Previous experience with payroll integrations or general integrations related to Workday
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
