Your responsibilities
In this role, you will work with operations, maintenance, support, and development of Windows-based IT environments. You will be an important part of the team that ensures a stable, secure, and efficient infrastructure and contributes to the implementation of new technical solutions.
The responsibilities include, among other things:
Operations and administration of Windows environments
Troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving
Maintenance and further development of existing infrastructure
Participation in implementation and deployment of new systems
Technical documentation of completed work
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high quality in delivery
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is structured and solution-oriented with a genuine interest in technology. You thrive in a role where you can combine operational work with development and improvement of IT environments.
You have good collaboration skills, work independently when needed, and are accustomed to documenting your work in a clear and professional manner.
Requirements
At least 4 years of work experience in system administration in Windows environments
At least 1 year of work experience in troubleshooting and error handling in Windows environments
Experience with administration and operations of Windows Server
Experience with Active Directory
Experience with Group Policy (GPO)
Experience with PowerShell for administration and automation
Fluent verbal and written communication in Swedish and English
Meritorious
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune
Experience with SCCM/MECM
Experience with Azure or hybrid Microsoft environments
Experience with large and complex IT environments
