As Welcome Office Manager, you report directly to our Operation Manager and become a key player in the hotel's management team. You get a central role where you: Create magic: Through your team, you ensure that every guest receives an unforgettable experience, from check-in to check-out. Are an active part of operations: You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and participate in daily work, ready to support your team in all tasks. Weekend work and shift hours are a natural part of the role. Drive results: You actively work with targets, forecasts, and have clear responsibility for your department's results. You inspire your team to understand daily how they contribute to our success. Develop talent: You have personnel responsibility for receptionists and night staff, which includes scheduling, training, development conversations, and payroll administration. Build the team: You lead recruitment within your department to find future stars. Set the standard: You develop and ensure that departmental procedures are followed, for smooth and efficient operations. Listen to the guest's voice: You're responsible for continuously monitoring guest satisfaction in systems like Loopon and TripAdvisor, and act quickly on feedback and compensation when needed. Be a safe point: Duty service may occur when needed. This role is dynamic and will develop as the hotel's operations and our guests' needs evolve. We believe in growing together!
