About the job As a web editor, you produce, edit, and publish content on skolverket.se. You ensure that content maintains high quality, is accessible, and tailored to our target audiences. You also contribute to content development on skolverket.se working with editorial coordinators, other web editors, communicators, and colleagues across the organization. As an event coordinator, you work with a lead event coordinator on planning, coordinating, and executing the Swedish National Agency for Education's participation at trade fairs and other events. We regularly participate in events such as the Book Fair, Sett, and the Nordic School Leaders Congress. You have many contact points within the agency and with other education authorities. You gather internal resources, maintain relationships with event organizers and suppliers, and keep the planning on track. In both parts of the role, you work closely with colleagues in communications and across the organization. The section has 18 employees working with editorial content, broadcasts, audio and video production, and coordination of major events. You'll work at our modern and spacious office in Solna Business Park. You'll also have the opportunity to work up to 50 percent remotely. Read more at www.skolverket.se/jobb For this job, you should have: - a university degree in journalism or communications, or another post-secondary education combined with work experience that we consider relevant - at least three years of current experience with web editorial work, content production, and publishing - practical knowledge of digital accessibility (WCAG) - current experience working with web publishing tools - very strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish - experience ordering and setting requirements for services and materials - some experience planning and coordinating events, trade fairs, or similar arrangements Your experience planning and coordinating events, trade fairs, or similar arrangements doesn't need to be extensive. What's important is that you've worked practically with planning and implementation and feel confident independently driving parts of the process. It's advantageous if you have experience working in public sector operations and budget responsibility.
