You could also be earlier in your career, but should then have a practical foundation, clear talent, and a strong desire to develop.

About the Role
As a web designer with us, you translate an internal brief into a sleek, thoughtful, and user-friendly website. You are responsible for design and practical production, while the project manager handles customer contact and provides you with materials, priorities, and feedback.
You will, among other things:
create layouts, page structure, and visual design,
build and publish websites in WordPress and Elementor,
create well-functioning solutions for desktop, tablet, and mobile,
work with basic SEO, accessibility, and performance,
set up and launch websites and handle the practical aspects of web hosting, SSL, and domains,
update and further develop existing websites.
We don't want to create the same website over and over again. Each project should have a thoughtful expression that suits the client's business, target audience, and brand. The role therefore requires that you can combine creativity with structure and technical understanding.
Who Are We Looking For?
You should have practical experience building websites in an established website builder environment and be able to show examples of work you have done. The experience can come from employment, your own business, freelance assignments, or your own completed projects – but there needs to be real knowledge and previous work to assess.
We work primarily in WordPress and Elementor, but experience with other relevant web tools is also valuable. You don't need to master all technical aspects from day one, but you should understand how a website is built, published, and maintained.
We believe that you:
have a good sense of form, structure, and usability,
are creative, thorough, and quality-conscious,
work independently and take responsibility for what you deliver,
are receptive to feedback and enjoy close collaboration,
have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written,
have good knowledge of English.
Relevant education is not a requirement. Practical competence, work samples, and the ability to contribute to the team carry more weight.
Experience with WordPress, Elementor, SEO, HTML, or CSS is a plus.
