Job Description As a Web Content Editor, you work with enriching products in our e-commerce and contribute to the development of the organization's master data management. The role is mainly focused on working with product information and technical data but also text production and Customer Experience. About the Position You work in the Web Content department which consists of 9 people and are part of the Sales department which consists of approximately 25 people. Proffsmagasinet has its office in newly renovated, fresh premises in Marievik at Liljeholmskajen, with a view over Årstaviken. We work at the office four days a week, with the option to work from home one day a week. Main Responsibilities: Your main task is product enrichment and ensuring that product data complies with quality standards and guidelines. Develop and optimize product information in our e-commerce so that it is accurate, relevant, inspiring and helps the customer all the way to their purchase decision. Identify and resolve data errors and suggest improvements to processes and systems. Collaborate with other departments, such as SEO, UX and customer experience, to ensure that article presentation meets business goals. Actively participate in the team's planning and contribute to efficient work in agile sprints. Contribute to developing and streamlining the team's working methods and support colleagues. Develop your technical understanding of systems, AI and data-driven processes and propose strategic improvements. Qualifications and Experience: Competencies: Strong technical understanding of systems, data quality and processes. Experience working with PIM systems and other related tools is a merit. Experience with administrative tasks, preferably in e-commerce and our industry. Good knowledge of Excel. Good written communication skills and experience writing sales-oriented product texts. Knowledge of Finnish, Norwegian or Danish is a merit. Personal Qualities: Thoroughness and structured work approach. Initiative-taking and willingness to contribute to team development. Solution-oriented; you see opportunities when faced with a challenge. Analytical and curious about how small improvements can create great impact. A development-oriented mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to communicate and collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
