About the Role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you have overall responsibility for daily warehouse operations and ensure that the material flow functions efficiently – from finished products to storage, packing, and delivery.
You work operatively and strategically to develop warehouse operations, ensure high quality, and create efficient work methods. The role involves close collaboration with production, procurement, and logistics, where you become an important link in ensuring smooth material flow throughout the organization.
In the role, you are responsible for, among other things:
Planning, organizing, and following up on daily warehouse operations.
Ensuring efficient utilization of warehouse space, equipment, and work flows.
Developing and improving routines and processes within warehouse and logistics.
Ensuring correct inventory balances through ongoing inventories and cycle counting.
Managing warehouse operations and inventory in the company's business system.
Following up on and analyzing key figures related to inventory accuracy, inventory value, productivity, delivery precision, and cost efficiency.
Ensuring that warehouse operations comply with applicable quality, safety, and work environment requirements.
Being a driving force in the organization's continuous improvement efforts.
About You
We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking significant personal responsibility. You have a natural drive to develop processes and work methodically to create efficient work flows.
Since the role involves many touchpoints, you are communicative and collaborate well with colleagues across different parts of the organization. You have an analytical approach, are quality-conscious, and are motivated by creating order, structure, and high delivery reliability.
We are looking for someone who has:
Academic education in logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
At least three years of experience in warehouse or logistics work.
Experience in taking responsibility for and developing warehouse processes.
Good analytical ability and experience working with follow-up and key figures.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
