Our customer is now looking for a Warehouse Process Developer – New Business for a new and growing part of their operations in Gothenburg. Here you'll have a central role in developing work methods, system support, and logistics flows for new types of business, with great opportunity to influence and shape the role. About the Role In this role, you'll be an important bridge between Supply Chain, warehouse, and operations. You'll work with new and more complex business assignments where healthcare products and medical equipment are distributed to municipalities and regions, as well as assignments related to the defense sector. This could involve products requiring special labeling, packaging, or complementary services, such as kit packing of trauma bags for various types of assignments. This is a new role where much needs to be built from scratch. Therefore, you'll have great opportunities to influence how work should be conducted, from the initial request to final delivery. Your Main Responsibilities Drive and plan projects related to new business types and assignments. Build and develop processes, routines, and work methods from the ground up. Identify improvement and efficiency opportunities in logistics and warehouse flows. Develop and structure system support for the new businesses. Create work instructions and ensure warehouse staff have the right conditions to complete the assignments. Plan and prioritize workflows together with the operations team. Analyze order flows, lead times, and other data to optimize processes. Help develop and structure kit packing in the new facility. Train and instruct staff in new work methods. Ensure workstations and materials are prepared for different projects. When needed, be operationally involved and participate in picking and packing. Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for someone who thrives when everything isn't pre-packaged and who enjoys solving problems, creating structure, and making things happen. You have experience with process work and a good understanding of logistics and warehouse flows. You're used to working in a structured manner and can translate theoretical processes into practical workflows. You also need strong Excel skills and be able to use it as a tool for tracking, administration, planning, and calculations. You have previous experience with: Team leadership or management. Project management. Logistics, warehouse, or supply chain. Various types of packing and packaging solutions. Working in Excel. It's advantageous to have experience with: Similar operations in medical technology, healthcare products, or other complex distribution. The business system Jeeves.
