Join Our Team As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for handling products throughout the logistics chain—from receiving and inventory management to picking, packing, labeling, delivery, and refurbishment. The role combines operational warehouse work with administrative tasks and involves close collaboration with internal and external contacts to ensure efficient logistics flows and high delivery quality. As a Warehouse Operator, you will report to the Production Manager for the assignment in the current department. Technical Tasks Handle network and communication equipment throughout the product lifecycle Label, register, and ensure product traceability Perform rack mounting and dismounting according to instructions Handle refurbishment, function testing, and quality inspection of equipment Ensure products are handled according to applicable quality and safety requirements Operational Tasks Receive, inspect, and register incoming goods Store, inventory, and ensure correct warehouse status Pick, pack, and prepare products for delivery Book transports and handle express deliveries Work in business, warehouse, and logistics systems for registration, tracking, and administration Contribute to order, safety, and efficient logistics flows Identify and suggest improvements to processes and work methods Customer and Collaboration Tasks Coordinate deliveries with internal departments and external suppliers Communicate with transporters, suppliers, and other partners via phone and email Handle administrative issues related to orders, deliveries, and logistics Ensure high service levels through clear communication and delivery accuracy Collaborate across functions to ensure efficient and high-quality deliveries We Believe You Have: Experience in warehouse, logistics, or other operational activities Good system skills and experience working in business, warehouse, or WMS systems Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Ability to work in a structured, thorough, and solution-oriented manner Interest in technology and willingness to learn new tasks and systems Forklift certification and experience operating a forklift It Is Advantageous If You Have: Experience handling IT, network, or telecom equipment Experience with transport bookings, order management, or logistics administration Worked in a role combining operational warehouse work with administrative tasks Experience with quality inspections, refurbishment, or similar technical processes About You We are looking for someone who is structured and responsible with a strong drive to deliver high quality. Salary is according to the collective agreement, and start date is by mutual agreement.
