Join Our Team We need to strengthen our team and are now recruiting several Warehouse Operators (WO) to Norrköping, Händelö 1. As a WO, you will work with picking goods according to orders, packing goods, restocking, returns handling and managing any product damage, as well as handling intake and dispatch of goods. We have work tasks that include forklift operation, but also other tasks where you don't operate a forklift. As a Warehouse Operator, you report to the Production Manager for the assignment in the current department. We are looking for you who: Have proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, and understand instructions Have upper secondary education or equivalent work experience Are quality-conscious and accustomed to working toward set goals Have good work ethic and contribute to a positive work environment Are comfortable working varying hours, as shift work is part of our operations. Daytime as well as evening shifts, both weekdays and weekends. It is advantageous if you have Forklift Operator Certificates A and B with driving experience, as well as experience in warehouse operations. You are service-oriented and enjoy working in a role where you work with high quality toward set goals in a dynamic environment. You have good work ethic and are focused, motivated, and committed to contributing. Job rotation occurs, which means you may work in other departments/units. What We Offer Employment is made according to the Transport Agreement with permanent full-time employment and a 6-month probationary period.
