PRODUCTION WORKER - CURD MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY

We are looking for a PRODUCTION WORKER for our curd manufacturing technology team. This is a 12-hour shift position in continuous operations. The role is suitable for both men and women. Your responsibilities will include: Operation of production equipment Responsibility for maintaining proper manufacturing and hygiene practices Ensuring production meets required hygiene standards Communication with colleagues throughout the production process Monitoring the production process and compliance with required production parameters We require: - Secondary or vocational school diploma in food processing, chemistry, or technical field - Responsibility, reliability, independence, and teamwork skills - Willingness to work in continuous operations (12-hour shifts, long/short weeks) - Hard work and manual dexterity - Work experience is a plus - Basic PC skills are a plus What we can offer you: - 13th month bonus - Monthly bonus up to 15% - Commute allowance up to 3,000 Kč per month - Pension insurance contribution - Subsidized meals, choice of 4 meals for only 30 Kč - Referral bonus for new colleagues: 10,000 Kč - Annual contribution for children's sports and cultural development: 6,000 Kč - Christmas and vitamin packages - Company events We look forward to hearing from you!
