PRODUCTION WORKER - Light Metalwork

Fixed-term employment, two-shift operation. This position is suitable for recent graduates as well. What will you do with us? Your main responsibility will be the precise manufacturing of semi-finished products for our lighting fixtures. This is not monotonous line work, but honest craftsmanship: active work with hand-held power tools (drilling, grinding, etc.), operation of production machinery after training (presses, drill presses, saws, and more), manufacturing parts according to technical documentation, regular maintenance of assigned machinery and tools. What do we expect from you? We are looking for a colleague who is comfortable with tools in hand: experience with hand-held power tools and machinery operation (saw, drill press, press) - an advantage; technical education (vocational school in a technical field); excellent ability to read technical drawings and precision work skills; manual dexterity, attention to detail and an eye for quality; independence and responsible approach; willingness to work 2 shifts (standard Mon-Fri, evening shifts only occasionally as needed).
