Production Worker in Wooden Windows and Doors Manufacturing

from: 4.8.2026 We are looking for skilled colleagues for various workstations (carpentry shop, hardware assembly, glazing, etc.) at our production facility in Příbor, where we specialize in manufacturing wooden euro-windows and doors. What will you be doing with us? - depending on your workstation assignment: CARPENTRY SHOP - operate machines and hand tools for wood processing, manufacture adhesive and glazing strips, flaps, rout sill boards, glue wooden components, seal sashes, rout grooves, chisel locks into doors and other tasks HARDWARE ASSEMBLY - assemble hardware (perimeter hardware, handles, hinges, etc.) onto window and door frames and sashes, install sliding systems and other components GLAZING - handle glass using a vacuum lift crane, manually apply silicone, assemble glazing strips and palletize finished products - work according to production documentation - inspect dimensions and product quality - cooperate with other workstations - participate in manufacturing classic, arched, casement and specialized windows for Czech and foreign markets What do we require? - carefulness, reliability and willingness to learn new things - experience is not required - we welcome both experienced and beginning colleagues - advantageous: training in carpentry or joinery (for the carpentry shop workstation) - for other positions we require min. apprenticeship certificate - manual dexterity and good work ethic Morning shift (6:00-14:30) Stable company environment with modern technologies Possible start IMMEDIATELY or by agreement If interested, we are happy to show you around the production - supervisor tel. 608 641 276 Employee benefits: meal voucher allowance 83,-/kč/day, 25 days vacation, company events, Christmas bonuses
