Job Responsibilities About the Role We are seeking a structured and engaged Group Manager with a focus on employees to take on an exciting role with operational responsibility. At the depot in Stenungsund, we have a great team spirit and we all take responsibility for ensuring we deliver bus traffic every day – and that we have fun doing it! At the Stenungsund depot, we have approximately 50 employees, and as Group Manager you will be the direct supervisor for a large portion of the drivers. The role involves extensive collaboration with other functions such as TFS (traffic and vehicle services), site manager, internal support functions, and sometimes with municipalities and our management. The role is part of Stenungsund's local management group, which also includes TFS and the Site Manager. The role reports to the Site Manager. What will you do as Group Manager? Ensure that daily operations function smoothly through close and good collaboration with drivers in your own operations, support functions, colleagues, and our management. Daily create understanding of management's/contract requirements and ensure they are complied with in operations. You will have overall responsibility for ensuring that drivers are satisfied and have a well-functioning work environment. This means you will have a hands-on role and be involved in the daily operations of the business. Responsibilities and Job Tasks: Personnel responsibility for a large number of drivers Coach, lead, and develop staff in a pedagogical manner through, for example, employee meetings, incident meetings, driving behavior monitoring, workplace meetings, etc. Recruitment of personnel Create clear understanding of management's contract and continuously follow up that requirements are met in practice Participate in risk analyses, safety inspections, and establish action plans to ensure a good work environment Work with continuous improvements Ensure traffic safety in daily operations Prepare payroll administration and participate in budget work for employees/payroll Vehicle planning, contacts with workshops Qualifications To Succeed in the Role Previous experience in a leadership role with personnel responsibility, recruitment, work environment responsibility, etc. It is highly advantageous if you have post-secondary education, preferably in economics, human resources, or another relevant field.
