Work Tasks In the role of responsible for subcontractors, you work closely with the company's sales manager to support and assist in sales work. Part of the role is also focused on working with smaller tenders. You contribute to maintaining and developing existing customer relationships and ensuring that internal processes run smoothly. The role involves a proactive approach, where you are an important part of achieving the department's goals and the company's overall vision. Responsibility for Subcontractors Ensure a common and high-quality product delivered by all subcontractors. You are regularly present in operations for follow-up and relationship building. Work with Tenders Calculate, prepare, and submit tenders for charter traffic and smaller assignments. Quality assure and ensure correct process for tender registration. Follow-up & Training Ensure that subcontractors comply with agreements, processes, and requirements; train and follow up as needed. You monitor key figures such as punctuality, customer satisfaction, quality, and initiate improvement measures. In the role, you also support operations and traffic with pricing, extra traffic, and planning. When needed, you represent the business in relevant internal and external forums related to subcontractors and charter traffic. Qualifications We are seeking you who: Have experience from public transport, traffic management, or charter traffic. Knowledge of pricing and tender work. Experience with contract work and procurement. Good computer skills. It is an advantage to have education in logistics/transport/traffic management. Personal Qualities You have very good communication skills, are responsible and thorough. You have the ability to train and build good relationships with colleagues, partners, and subcontractors. To perform the work well, we also see that you have good planning ability and a holistic perspective. Personal suitability will be valued highly.
