About the role As an HVAC technician with us, you will have a varied day where you work with operation, maintenance, and development of technical installations in an exciting property environment. You will be an important part of the team and work closely with both colleagues and customers to ensure safe and well-functioning operations. Your tasks as an operations technician include: Carry out regular inspections, supervision, and maintenance of properties Ensure that fault reports are handled in time and with the right resources/expertise Communicate with subcontractors and Coor's own staff, verbally and in writing Participate in establishing and monitoring maintenance plans and improvement proposals Conduct risk assessments in the work environment and propose improvements Perform assignment-based work beyond the contract Be customer-focused and maintain a professional, business-like customer relationship Who are you? You are a reliable and responsible HVAC technician who enjoys working both independently and together with others. You are solution-oriented, take initiative, and have a structured way of working. At the same time, you contribute to a positive team spirit and create good relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners through professional and service-oriented conduct.
