Job Responsibilities: Activities of a healthcare worker with specialty 913 according to Regulation No. 55/2011 Coll., §4 Work with clients in a residential facility according to the orders of a general practitioner or specialist physician Communication with clients' attending physicians, addressing situations related to changes in clients' health status, communication with clients' families Assessment, establishment of nursing diagnosis, nursing care plan Requirements: Professional qualifications according to Amendment to Act No. 96/2004 Coll., Act No. 201/2017 Coll.
