General Nurse for Home Hospice Care (m/f)

We are looking for a team member who wants to help clients at the end of life with both professional expertise and a human touch - in the environment that is closest to them: at home with their loved ones. What can you look forward to with us? - Employment contract for a fixed term with the possibility of extension. - Full-time or part-time position. - You will receive a gross salary of 40,000 Kč. - For work on-call availability, we will reward you with a above-standard supplement of 25% (instead of the usual 10%). - 5 weeks of vacation and 3 sick days. - You can use a company vehicle for commuting to/from work. - Meal allowance. - You will become part of a team where colleagues help and support each other. - We regularly meet for supervisions and support open communication. - We support further education - we care about your professional development. - Start date possible by agreement. - Work location: České Budějovice district. What do we need from you? - Education in the field of general nursing according to Act No. 96/2004 Coll. - Experience working as a general health nurse and readiness to work independently in the field. - Group B driver's license. - Empathetic and respectful approach to clients and their loved ones, reliability, and ability to work closely with other team members. - Experience with home palliative care is an advantage, not a requirement. What does your work with us look like? You will provide professional health and palliative care to clients in their home environment. You will monitor clients' health status and maintain appropriate nursing documentation. You will communicate with clients and their family members and provide them with support in difficult life situations.
