Your new job
As an HVAC technician at Bravida in Växjö, you will work in a team together with service and project managers and other disciplines within the organization. In this position, you will mainly perform service installations and smaller construction projects. No two days are the same! In the job, you will work with HVAC systems where you independently manage your assignments.
Work tasks:
Installation and assembly of HVAC systems
Reading drawings and independently executing work in accordance with these
Reporting deviations or deficiencies in materials or work
Being responsible for the technical execution of the assignment within the scope of your duties
Planning your work and following the schedule
Contributing to good collaboration between disciplines and ensuring that processes and procedures are followed
Being involved in our continuous improvement efforts
Taking responsibility for ensuring that the right information is communicated within the team and that the company's management systems and policies are followed
You will be responsible for executing each assignment according to our high standards for quality and safety. The work involves both technical problem-solving and contact with contractors, clients, and suppliers.

HVAC technician with at least 2 years of experience in the trade
Experience as a lead technician is a merit
Experience from installation, industry, or service is a merit
You are comfortable working in a role with many contact points
Good ability for planning and administrative work
A structured and clear way of working
Ability to handle multiple parallel tasks
You enjoy juggling multiple tasks and working proactively
Good ability to work digitally is required
