Leading a health and social services team, planning shifts, and optimizing shift operations in relation to effective healthcare delivery. Creating and implementing quality standards, methodologies, regulations, and procedures. Ensuring continuous supply and cost-effective use of consumable medical materials. Managing and monitoring healthcare documentation. Communication with doctors, clients, and their families. Ensuring and verifying proper execution of medical and diagnostic procedures prescribed by physicians. Establishing a reporting system, processing claims and corrective claims, and submitting reports of performed healthcare services to the appropriate insurance companies.
