As an appliance technician with us, you are a key person in ensuring that our tenants have functioning and reliable appliances in their homes. Does this sound interesting? We warmly welcome your application! 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES As an appliance technician, you have an important role in ensuring high quality and good service for our tenants. You are responsible for handling incoming fault reports related to appliances—especially stoves, refrigerators, and freezers—in a professional, efficient, and service-oriented manner. You will be part of an engaged team consisting of electricians and a team leader where you work closely together and support each other in daily operations. Your main responsibilities: • Receive and handle fault reports regarding appliances • Troubleshoot and repair appliances • Work on continuous improvements to develop competence, routines, and work methods within service and maintenance • Handle other tasks such as reuse and administrative work • Make assessments regarding possible appliance replacements QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a relevant completed upper secondary education, for example in electrical, property technology, or building maintenance, or other work experience that we consider equivalent. You have several years of experience in service and maintenance of appliances and a genuine interest in technology that makes you enjoy problem-solving in your daily work. In this role, you meet our tenants daily and thus become an important ambassador for Gavlegårdarna. You are motivated by building good relationships and delivering high-quality service. You work in a structured manner, are solution-oriented, and have the ability to see both short-term measures and long-term improvements. You are comfortable with varied tasks, feel confident working independently and making your own decisions, while also valuing good collaboration with colleagues both within your team and with other departments in the company as well as with contractors. We work in several digital systems and therefore expect you to have basic knowledge of Microsoft 365. You are also comfortable using the phone as a work tool, as fault reports are handled digitally.
