About the role As a Visual Merchandiser, you are a key person in store management together with the store manager and assistant store manager. You are responsible for ensuring that the store's visual expression is inspiring, sales-driven, and aligned with our central concepts. You work operatively in the store with a focus on sales development, customer satisfaction, and campaign execution. This is a sales associate role with Visual Merchandiser responsibilities, where approximately 50% of your working time is allocated to visual and strategic work, and the remaining time to sales associate duties. The distribution is adjusted according to season and workload. Your responsibilities You will, among other things: Ensure that concepts, guidelines, and campaigns are executed correctly and on time Plan and implement product placement that maximizes sales Monitor sales data and optimize displays based on results Keep your team members updated on campaigns and cross-selling opportunities Ensure that the store maintains a high and inspiring visual level Be creative and business-minded – you see what is beautiful, but also what sells Who are you? We believe you work as a sales associate & Visual Merchandiser today, or in a similar role with a focus on sales, customer satisfaction, and sales build-up.
