As a Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for implementing Kappahl's concept and creating a desire to shop through inspiring, ever-changing displays. You plan and follow up on campaign and activity displays, and you train and delegate tasks to your colleagues. You also actively participate in daily sales—ensuring that a visit to us feels welcoming, safe, and inspiring. A place people want to come back to. Through your knowledge of products, materials, fashion, and trends, you influence sales work in customer interactions. Together with your team, you work proactively to reach set sales goals. Supporting your colleagues in daily work is an important part of the role. This position is permanent, 30 h/week, starting September 1st or by agreement. Who are you? Education and experience in store communication or visual merchandising Social, outgoing, and love meeting people. Passionate about sales and service and want to give customers the best shopping experience. Love working in a team and collaborating with others to reach goals. High initiative and take responsibility in your work. Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written. Previous experience in retail or service. You are 18 years or older.
