ISS Facility Services has a partnership with a customer in the automotive industry with multiple sites in Sweden. For our operations and maintenance assignment with this customer in Braås, we are now seeking a Service Worker in facilities cleaning for a part-time temporary position. About the Role We are looking for a Service Worker with an important shared role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's facilities. Your task will be to, together with the team, create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and visitors. You will work in various environments, which is why we place great importance on your personal and unpretentious commitment as well as your ability to handle unexpected situations. The primary task as a Service Worker is facilities cleaning, which includes cleaning offices, conference rooms, and hygiene facilities. Waste management may also occur, as well as conference services. The work is conducted within an integrated service solution framework where, in addition to your areas of responsibility, you are expected to assist in other areas. This is a part-time temporary position. Work is performed Monday-Friday with working hours 06:00-15:00. You should have a B-license and access to a car to arrive at work on time. Alternatively, you should live within a reasonable walking or cycling distance from Carl Lihnells Väg in Braås. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who enjoys working in the service industry and is responsive to customer needs. We would appreciate if you have previous experience with facilities cleaning. You take great responsibility for your work, are quality-conscious with good oversight of your area, and can suggest improvements to the customer. You are quality-conscious and have good computer skills. You enjoy being a company representative and share ISS's commitment to delivering world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service and are good at building positive relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and team-based. It is important that you speak Swedish fluently.
