Requirements for candidates:
• Education in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 569 of September 11, 2018 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Improving Professional Competence of Pedagogues";
• Knowledge of educational and upbringing work content and teaching subject methodology;
• State language proficiency at the highest level (C1);
• Ability to use digital tools and technologies in the educational process;
• Ability to collaborate, initiate, and implement creative activities in the educational process;
• High level of interpersonal skills and communication abilities, psychological resilience;
• Ability to establish professional cooperation with educational institution staff, students, and their parents;
• Desired experience in relevant work.
Main Responsibilities:
• Implement the educational program in accordance with state education standards;
• Plan, organize, and conduct pedagogical work in line with objectives set by the educational institution;
• Conduct lessons, selecting diverse teaching methods appropriate to the specific age group and curriculum;
• Adapt the educational process to students' individual needs and abilities, including inclusive education;
• Provide students with feedback and assessment of their work;
• Participate in organizing and implementing school events, as well as in the implementation of the institution's development plans;
• Comply with the work procedures established by the educational institution and other applicable regulations and ethical standards.
We Offer:
• Work 9 contact hours per week;
• Lead an interest-based education group;
• Salary 1510.00 EUR before tax deduction for 1 full-time equivalent;
