General Education Teacher

Salacgrīvas vidusskola is seeking a general education teacher for the subject "Latvian language and literature". Work load: 26 contact hours. Requirements for candidates: education in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers regulations No. 569 of September 11, 2018 "Regulations on education and professional qualifications necessary for pedagogues and the procedure for improving the professional competence of pedagogues". Job responsibilities: 1. Implement the general education program in accordance with the State general education standard, ensuring a quality pedagogical process. 2. Collaborate with other subject pedagogues, students, and parents of students. 3. Evaluate student academic performance, study progress dynamics, and analysis. 4. Conduct individual work with students. Competencies and skills necessary for performing job duties: 1. Ability to plan and organize your own and students' work in accordance with the goals and objectives of the educational institution. 2. High responsibility for your work, the chosen pedagogical methods, techniques, and results. 3. High sense of responsibility, precision, and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to build effective collaboration with employees of the educational institution, students, their parents, and employees of other institutions. 5. Ability to work in a team. 6. Ability to work with information technologies. 7. High responsibility for compliance with professional ethics. We offer: 1. Employment for an indefinite period. 2.
