Blomes Primary School invites an educational psychologist to join our team, who will provide professional, empathetic, and modern support to students, teachers, and parents. Your main responsibilities:
provide individual and group consultations to students;
collaborate with teachers, parents, and school support staff;
assess students' emotional, behavioral, and learning difficulties, offering recommendations for overcoming them;
participate in the development and implementation of individual support plans;
organize preventive activities and programs to promote emotional well-being and a positive school environment;
perform duties in accordance with professional ethics and regulatory requirements.
We value:
higher education in psychology and appropriate professional qualifications to work as an educational psychologist;
registration in the Psychologists Register and a psychologist certificate in the field of educational and school psychology;
good collaboration and communication skills;
empathy, sense of responsibility, and ability to find solutions in various situations;
ability to plan your work and collaborate in a team;
language skills in accordance with State Language Law requirements;
ability to plan, manage, and analyze your work, prepare necessary documentation;
competencies: communication and collaboration skills; psychological resilience and high interpersonal culture; positive, creative, and responsible approach to work; ability to respond to students' needs and motivate them for learning.
