No. 40900036293 Jūrmala, Aizputes Street 1A, LV-2010 We are hiring - General Education German Language Teacher Requirements for Candidates: Competencies and skills necessary for performing job duties: Education in accordance with regulatory acts regarding the required education and professional qualifications for pedagogues and the procedure for continuing professional development of educators. Knowledge of legislative acts regulating the field of education; familiarity with the content of teaching and educational work and didactics of the subject; Understanding of the developmental characteristics of students at different age levels and the principles of communication psychology; Ability to plan and organize one's own work and student work in accordance with the educational institution's goals and objectives; Communication and collaboration skills; psychological resilience and high standards of interpersonal conduct; ability to work in a team; State language proficiency at the highest level; Ability to work with office equipment and information technology. Job Duties: Implement the educational program in the specific subject in accordance with the State Education Standard; In collaboration with subject teachers, class educators, school support personnel (psychologist, social educator, speech therapist, medical staff) and management, analyze each student's learning, psychological, adaptation and other issues and determine methods to address them; Conduct individual work with students to clarify misunderstood material, motivate them to learn, and develop collaboration and communication skills; Cooperate with parents, inform them of student achievements and problems at school, and jointly seek solutions; Conduct research on students' development dynamics and self-analysis of one's work; Maintain documentation in accordance with requirements set by the educational institution; Adhere to workplace order and ethical standards.
