Vis, house for sale

Beautifully furnished and recently renovated house, only 100 m from the center of Vis, the sea and all other necessary facilities (grocery stores, banks, post office, cafes, restaurants). The house is in a row, and the outer lower part of the house is lined with decorative stone. The property has two floors - on the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room and living room. Internal wooden stairs lead to the bedroom, and from the bedroom there is a small hallway leading to the bathroom, and a small charming balcony, west oriented. The balcony offers a view of the neighboring old stone houses and roofs. The house is in excellent condition, ideal for living or renting, which the current owners do, with a very good income at the end of the tourist season.
