The Agency "Social Care Center "Ziedugravas"" invites applications for the position of Kitchen Manager on an indefinite-term basis – position salary 1500.00 EUR (before tax) Requirements: • At least professional secondary education in the food service field (chef, food service specialist, food product production specialist). • Preference for candidates with higher education in food technology, food service organization, or business administration. • Desirable experience in organizing food service, food ordering, inventory management, and personnel management. • Knowledge of food circulation and hygiene requirements (HACCP). • Communication skills, ability to interact with people, and ability to work in a team. • Ability to comply with hygiene and sanitary standards, ethical norms, confidentiality, and the boundaries of your professional competence. • Knowledge of the state language in accordance with the State Language Law. Main job duties: • Plan and organize the work of the food department, supervise and monitor the work of chefs and kitchen assistants. • Monitor the food preparation process in accordance with technology and menu, control the quality, portion weight, and temperature of finished dishes. • Perform product inventory, write-offs, and inventory checks. Enter received delivery notes into the accounting software. • Plan and order food products from suppliers. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ensure sanitary and hygienic requirements in the workplace. • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
