Key Responsibilities Conduct classes according to the Senior Instructor course level, in accordance with class schedules and curricula; Analyze and evaluate classes, provide suggestions for improving the military training program; Organize and lead student preparation and ensure that instructors properly train students; Ensure preparation of materials and documentation necessary for training; Evaluate and analyze student knowledge and skills acquired, ensure information entry into the school management system "E-klase"; Develop students' creative approach and independence in the learning process; Link the theoretical and practical parts of the learning process; Maintain order in classrooms and ensure cleanliness and tidiness; Participate in the school's public life; Participate in working groups and commissions on matters within the scope of the position. Requirements for Candidates Secondary vocational education and preferably a portion of a study program related to pedagogy of at least two credit points or at least 72 hours; Completed Senior Instructor course; Experience in organizing/conducting training processes in the military field; We will value understanding of the defense sector; Ability to plan, organize work, excellent communication and presentation skills; Ability to work with Microsoft Office programs; Previous work experience with DVS Namejs and the school management system "E-klase" will be considered an advantage; State language proficiency at the highest level; Valid e-signature.
