JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now seeking a nursing assistant for our short-term care unit.
As a nursing assistant with us, you work with qualified care, daily assistance, and contribute to creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our individuals.
You work person-centered and base your approach on each individual's needs and wishes.
The short-term unit receives individuals who, after hospital stays, are waiting to return home, individuals awaiting placement in special housing, as well as persons in need of respite care, relief care, or palliative services.
The work is characterized by a salutogenic approach where you support individuals' recovery, rehabilitation, and preparation for returning home.
You work in close collaboration with nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, benefits administrators, physiotherapists, and your immediate manager.
The position includes daily documentation in accordance with applicable legislation.
QUALIFICATIONS
You are a trained nursing assistant.
Previous experience working in eldercare is meritorious.
You have good experience working with digital systems and using technical aids.
You convey calm and security and can meet people in different situations in a professional manner.
It is also important that you are committed to your work, that you have good teamwork skills, and can work independently as well as in a group.
Since work on the short-term unit sometimes involves rapid changes, we expect you to be flexible and able to remain calm even in demanding situations.
