About the Position As a supervisory industrial mechanic at VINAB, you will have a central role in the field where you combine coordination with practical work. Together with our industrial mechanics, you will work on mechanical assembly, repairs, and maintenance in industry, while also leading, planning, and distributing daily work tasks. You serve as an important coordinating link between customer, colleagues, and operations, and contribute to ensuring that work is performed safely, efficiently, and with high quality. The role offers a varied workday with both planned projects and ongoing assignments with our customers. Main Responsibilities Planning daily work at customer sites Supervising teams in the field Planning and preventing maintenance work to ensure operations Working with planned initiatives and emergency repairs Assembly and welding work Troubleshooting and repairs Customer contact and coordination We are Looking for You If You Have experience as a mechanic in industry or related fields Have relevant education, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through extensive work experience Are solution-oriented and practically minded Enjoy working both independently and in teams Hold a valid B-category driver's license Communicate in Swedish Have welding skills Desirable If You Hold a welding license Have experience assembling and installing gearboxes and drive units Hold a forklift license and platform lift certification Speak additional languages such as English Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who not only has the right qualifications, but is also a person who contributes to a safe, respectful, and positive work environment where people enjoy working and develop together.
