We have approximately 400 students in our after-school program, which is divided into 5 different departments. At Villanskolan, you will work alongside motivated and development-oriented colleagues. We actively work on safety issues and focus on students' wellbeing, development, and learning. Our development work is directed toward accessible learning environments where all students have a place in instruction. In the work team, we share responsibility for our students. Whether you are an experienced or newly qualified after-school teacher, you have support and continuous assistance from your work team, a special education teacher/specialist, and the principal. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Your assignment as an after-school teacher will be to work in grade 2 and together with the work team create the best conditions for each student to succeed in their learning. You will work with instruction both during school time and in the after-school program. We expect you to participate in and enrich the school's development work, and active values-based work is a given for you. The position is 80-100%. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a qualified after-school teacher, preferably with a focus on music. We expect you to be engaged and inspiring. That you follow students' development and challenge each individual student according to their abilities. Good collaboration skills and initiative-taking are required. You document, reflect, and analyze your work independently, but also together with your colleagues. You have the whole child at the center and see the value of collaborating with other professions to create the best learning environment. Confidence in your professional role is combined with clarity and an ability to set boundaries. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Employment Type: Permanent position.
