We are now seeking an experienced building constructor for AFRY in Luleå. Here you will work with varying assignments within the process industry – from early feasibility studies to construction documentation design – together with a competent and dedicated team. You will become part of a rapidly growing operation where collaboration, development, and technical expertise are in focus. About the Position Professionals Nord is recruiting a building constructor on behalf of AFRY. This assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at AFRY for 12 months. The intention is that you may eventually be employed directly by them, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. Responsibilities In your role as building constructor, you work with design and construction within the process industry. You are responsible for technical solutions and collaborate closely with both customers and the project organization to ensure high quality throughout the project. Examples of responsibilities: Serve as construction and/or calculation responsible in projects Take responsibility for planning, follow-up, and implementation of assignments regarding time, quality, and economics Coordinate and collaborate with clients and internal and external project teams Act as advisory constructor in early project phases Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers and contribute to long-term customer relationships Who We Are Looking For We believe your personal qualities are decisive for how well you will thrive in the role at AFRY. We are seeking someone with solid experience as a building constructor who enjoys working on technically complex projects. You have good knowledge of applicable building regulations and experience with building design and structural calculations. We welcome if you have expertise in one or more areas such as concrete, steel, timber, or foundation construction. Experience from process or other industrial operations is a merit. As a person, you are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented. You work well with others, are comfortable in customer interactions, and are motivated by contributing to both project and business development. We welcome if you have a university or civil engineering degree in a relevant field.
